CDM GEAR ROC-12S Light Mount with Sling Swivel Dock
The CDM Gear ROC-12 series light mount is a new, basic accessory made in the USA. It is constructed from aluminum 1-piece clamp halves with an integrated rail, making it lightweight at 2.4oz. The design is super low profile, sitting about half an inch away from the barrel, and features a curved, 3 slot rail to reduce hang ups and snags.
With easy installation in mind, the ROC-12 only requires 2 bolts to connect the clamp halves, reducing the chances of incorrect mounting. The fingers at the top of the clamp help distinguish the top from the bottom, allowing for mounting on ribbed and ported barrels. It is designed to fit within a 1.25" space on the magazine tube and comes with no-slip grip pads and a wrench for convenience.
For added functionality, the ROC-12S variant includes a sling swivel dock built into the design. Both models are compatible with shotguns such as the Remington 870, offering a versatile mounting solution.
In addition, the CDM Gear ROC-12R serves as a base barrel clamp designed to support 1" diameter magazine tubes and extensions, while providing mounting rails on both sides for lights and accessories. The patented ring and curved rail design allow for the attachment of round-bodied tactical lights or rail mountable lights/lasers.
The mount is precision machined and finished with a type III mil-spec hard coat anodized for durability. Installation is made easy with just 2 socket head cap screws, and the no-slip grip pads ensure a secure fit on the magazine tube. The design allows for quick removal of the tactical light without disassembly of the mount.
Please note that this mount requires 1.5" of mounting surface without interference from a heat shield and is not suitable for heavy-walled barrels or magazine tubes larger than 1". It is best suited for use with shotguns like the Remington 870, Mossberg 500, and Winchester 1300 models.
